Size Format: make editing documents online a breeze

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format used for business records because you can access them from any device. You can open it on any computer or phone — it will appear same.

The next point is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any confidential data with them from person to person. That’s why it’s important to choose a secure editor, especially when working online. PDF files can not only be password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents and track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, edit, sign, and send your PDFs directly from your web browser. It is integrated with major CRM software, so users can sign and edit documents from other services, like Google Docs or Office 365. Use the completed document yourself or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and completes it.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage. Add and edit visual content. Ask your recipient to fill out the fields and request an attachment. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a template’s page order.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Start with the pdfFiller uploader.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content.
03
Insert additional fields to fill in specific data and put an e-signature.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: save it to device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.
