Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review. But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

Great Program but..... There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go. Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising. Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future.
