Its a little bit hard to email the documents back to yourself after the conversion - otherwise, this is a great website for document alterations and conversions. Easy to use, great variation of different tools and mediums.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!

Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.
