I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem. After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In radio communication systems, information is carried across space using radio waves. At the sending end, the information to be sent is converted by some type of transducer to a time-varying electrical signal called the modulation signal.
Radio waves are a type of electromagnetic radiation best-known for their use in communication technologies, such as television, mobile phones and radios. These devices receive radio waves and convert them to mechanical vibrations in the speaker to create sound waves.
A radio wave is generated by a transmitter and then detected by a receiver. An antenna allows a radio transmitter to send energy into space and a receiver to pick up energy from space. Transmitters and receivers are typically designed to operate over a limited range of frequencies.
The radiation is used to carry a signal that is converted into a sound wave by the receiver. Medium wavelength radio waves are reflected from the ionosphere, a layer of charged particles in the upper atmosphere, so they can be used for long distance communication.
Radio wave. ... They are used in standard broadcast radio and television, shortwave radio, navigation and air-traffic control, cellular telephony, and even remote-controlled toys. (For a fuller treatment, see electromagnetic radiation: Radio waves.)
Use short, clear and concise messages As two-way radios only allow one person to speak at a time, it's best to keep your transmissions short, clear and to the point. This gives other users an opportunity to acknowledge your message or request further clarification before you carry on with your next point.
First, listen to ensure the channel is clear for you. Press the PTT (Push-To-Talk) button. After 2 seconds: Say “recipient's call sign” twice. Followed by “THIS IS” and “your call sign”. Once the person replies, convey your message.
Basic Radio Etiquette Rules Do not interrupt if you hear other people talking. Respond. Never transmit sensitive, confidential, financial, or military information. Perform radio checks to ensure your radio is in good working condition.
1) Speak clearly and slowly. Annunciate your words, pause between sentences, and try to think before speaking. ... 2) Listen to yourself and adjust accordingly. The first time I listened to myself on the radio, I cringed. ... 3) Create a script for yourself.
Breaker 1-9. I'd like to start a transmission. What's your 20? Where are you? Do you copy? Can you hear me? Affirmative. Yes. Nugatory. No. Roger that. I understand. 10-4. Okay. Big 10-4. Yes.
