Too easy to get into FONT setup and not get out and return to font specified in document. I only wanted to get the lowest priced version, not discontinue.

Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues.

Is lease valid if not signed by all owners?
Broadly speaking, the lease will be enforceable against the party or parties who signed the lease, even if others did not. It may also provide that it is not valid unless countersigned by the landlord, meaning that even after the tenants sign the landlord may be able to reject the lease.
Do all owners need to sign a lease?
The lease should be signed by all adults living on the property and by the property manager or landlord. If a co-signer is part of the rental agreement, they need to sign the lease along with the tenant.
Do both husband and wife have to sign a lease?
There is no law that says you and your spouse must sign a lease when you rent a home together. The law does, however, give your landlord some rights too -- and the landlord is within his rights to insist you both sign.
What happens if you never signed a lease?
Your Lease. Whenever you rent a house or apartment, you make a lease. Even if you never sign anything and just give the landlord some money in exchange for the key — you still have a lease. BUT if you don't keep your promise by paying the rent, the landlord can take you to court and evict you.
Who has to sign the lease?
Leases usually contain the rules under which you rent your house or apartment, and if it says that every occupant needs to be on the lease, everyone needs to sign it. However, if a lease doesn't have this provision, then the only people who need to sign the lease are the people responsible for paying the rent.
Is an unsigned commercial lease valid?
An unsigned lease may or may not be enforceable, depending on your state's law. So, why take the chance of having an ineffective document? Both landlords and renters should sign a lease for legal purposes. And after lease signing, both parties should have a copy, either printed out or saved online.
Is an unsigned tenancy agreement valid?
Is an unsigned tenancy agreement enforceable? Tenancy agreements should be in writing, however, they may still be enforceable where an agreement has been made verbally.
Does a lease have to be signed every year?
After the first term ends, the lease automatically renews every year from then on unless either I (or my agent) send the tenant notice of termination or of a rent change. Of course the tenant can send us an NTV (Notice To Vacate). The deadline for either of these is 60 days before the end of the lease.
