Standardize Contact Article: easy document editing

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format used for business forms because you can access them from any device. You can open it on any computer or smartphone running any OS — it will appear same for all of them.

Security is another reason we would rather use PDF files to store and share personal information and documents. Besides password protection, particular platforms grant access to an opening history to track down people who read or filled out the document before.

pdfFiller is an online editor that lets you create, modify, sign, and send PDFs using one browser window. Thanks to the integrations with the most popular solutions for businesses, you can upload a data from any system and continue where you left off. Once you’ve finished changing a document, forward it to recipients to fill out, and you'll get a notification when they're done.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add and edit visual content. Change a document’s page order. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Collaborate with users to complete the fields and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
To change the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and highlight, redact, or erase text in your text box.
03
Add input fields if you need any: pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: you can save it to your device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.

Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work. Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.
