Form was simple enough. I don't like the fact that when you reach the end you have to pay for the darn thing! Please disclose that information up front will ya!

Works great, nice little addition would be the ability to copy sections of already input text and drop more copies of that same text on other parts of the page. Would make what I do ALOT easier.

A Superb App to Create Fillable PDF Forms
The most easiest app to create fillable pdf forms in the most efficient way. Furthermore, editing an existing pdf is so much easier with super features such as text editing, adding watermark, merging and splitting pdf files, etc.
This is a paid application. Editor interface is not that simple and you need more time to learn for the beginne

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

my experience has been mostly with export documents that need to send to freight forwarders. what I really need is reference for HS codes that are uniform and acceptable and how this system integrates within our network.

Having to make the check boxes into…
Having to make the check boxes into check marks instead of x takes while when you have twenty on the page. It would be nice if you could decide for the whole page.

How do you calculate standardization?
Subtract the mean (6 4 = 2), Divide by the standard deviation. Your standardized value (z-score) will be: 2 / 1.2 = 1.7.
How is standardized value calculated?
X: the observation (a specific value that you are calculating the z-score for). Mu(): the mean. Sigma(): the standard deviation.
How do you find the standardized value?
X: the observation (a specific value that you are calculating the z-score for). Mu(): the mean. Sigma(): the standard deviation.
How do you find the standardized sample mean?
We subtract off the mean of X, which is, and divide through by the standard deviation of X, which is n, to obtain a standardized version of the sample mean: X/n.
What is a standard score formula?
The formula for calculating the standard score is given below: As the formula shows, the standard score is simply the score, minus the mean score, divided by the standard deviation.
How do you standardize numbers?
Subtract mean and divide by standard deviation: Center the data and change the units to standard deviations. Subtract mean: Center the data. Divide by standard deviation: Standardize the scale for each variable that you specify, so that you can compare them on a similar scale.
How do you calculate direct standardization?
Procedure for direct standardization Multiply the age-specific mortality rates of the other population under study to the number of persons in each age group of the standard population. By this way, you will get the expected deaths for each age group of each population.
How do you calculate directly standardized rates?
Fourthly, the standardized rate is calculated dividing the total expected number of events in the standard population by the total standard population. In this case, 2,214.645 divided by 131,327 which gives 0.0169 or multiplying by 1,000 gives 16.9 deaths per 1,000 men.
week where you're standardizing the data set let me show a couple ways to do it when we're going to do it in Excel probably the easiest way and then we'll also do it in our calculator menu alright so for excel you're going to standardize the data set you need to know the mean and the standard deviation so the easiest thing to do highlight your data set come over here the autosum and just type or click the down arrow and then click average alright and there's our mean it showed up below there and then for standard deviation just start typing standard deviation so it just typed equals st and then standard deviation we need for a population for this so double click there and then it says where's your data just come up there highlight it hit enter so there's my mean and my standard deviation okay now up right here beside the very first one I'm going to type equals I'm going to start typing standardize and then it shows up I double click yet and then it says what's your x value I'm just going to click this very first one here and then it says comma mean comma standard deviation so I'm going to click comma and I'm click this is my mean , this is my standard deviation now before I close it out the way excels menu does when you're going to use the right corner and drag down it starts dragging down from all three of these like it will drag down to a 2 and then a 3 and then a 4 from here but also go down to 8 28 21 a 22 from here a 21 a 22 a 23 from here if I don't want it to move for these last two which are the mean and standard deviation I need to put a dollar sign in here and go up to the formula up here don't try to do it here go to the formula up here and put a dollar sign in front of the a and after the a and it locks in that value all right and then come and close it okay and now when I click and I noticed when I highlight that bottom right corner it turns black and then I can drag down all the way to the 90 right and then there's the standardized data set okay if you want to make more decimal places you just move it over all right les you just move it over the other way okay but I want to make just a standard cell size so it's fun and then just usually around your z-scores to two decimal places all right that's one way another way I'm going to come over here I've copied the data set again I'm going to do the same thing I'm going to find the mean and standard deviation just the same way I did before all right but now instead of doing the standardized notation like we did here I'm going to come in here I'm just going to type equals and I'm going to go through the formula for z-score which is remember it's X are the measurement from the data set right minus the mean here's the mean parentheses close divide by the standard deviation so X minus means divided by the standard deviation same thing as before because I don't want to go below that value for the mean and standard deviation I put the dollar signs around the D there all right and then same...
