I like the program, but I really needed the ability to add Bates Numbering. If the program would overcome some of the rather important limitations, this would be an excellent deal for the money.

Paul was fantastic Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

Digital image resolution is expressed as pixels (or dots) across by pixels down, such as 640 × 480, meaning 640 pixels across by 480 pixels down. The best printable resolution is 300 dots per inch.
Hi-res images are at least 300 pixels per inch (PPI). This resolution makes for good print quality, and is pretty much a requirement for anything that you want hard copies of, especially to represent your brand or other important printed materials.
Digital image resolution is expressed as pixels (or dots) across by pixels down, such as 640 × 480, meaning 640 pixels across by 480 pixels down. The best printable resolution is 300 dots per inch. Extremely low resolution will look “blocky” or pixelated.
A high-resolution image is anything that has at is 300 dpi high resolution with a larger pixel dimension, for example, 5000 × 4000 pixels. If you have an image that is 640 × 40 at 72dpi, you definitely have too small of an image!
All pixels collect the same amount of noise, but larger pixels collect more of the good data than smaller pixels. With all else equal, a larger pixel will result in a higher quality image (less noise) than a smaller one. As we raise the ISO of our cameras, that noise rises too, making it more visible.
Find out how many pixels wide a photograph is. Find the image file in your Finder, right-click the image and select Get Info. A pop-up window will open with the dimensions of your image displaying in the More Info section. The dimensions show the pixel height and width of your photo.
At 300 pixels per inch (which roughly translates to 300 DPI, or dots per inch, on a printing press), an image will appear sharp and crisp. These are considered to be high resolution, or high-res, images. Web images are commonly created in 72 or 96 PPI, which are considered to be low resolutions.
