It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. What do you like best?
I like the ability to electronically sign documents.
What do you dislike?
I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

How do you standardize an address?
The USPS determines the official format for addresses in the United States. The USPS defines a standardized address as “one that is fully spelled out, abbreviated by using the Postal Service standard abbreviations or as shown in the current Postal Service ZIP+4 file.”
How do you standardize address data?
Address standardization is the first of three steps in the address data hygiene process. Once the addresses are standardized, the records are reduplicated. Then, address verification occurs. Address verification compares your addresses against the USPS database to ensure that the addresses are valid and deliverable.
What is my USPS standardized address?
Address Standardization is the process of changing addresses to adhere to USPS standards. The USPS defines a standardized address as “one that is fully spelled out, abbreviated using the Postal Service standard abbreviations, . . Or as shown in the current Postal Service ZIP+4 file.”
How do I register a new address with the post office?
Go to your local post office and request a Mover's Guide packet. Inside the packet is PS Form 3575. Fill out this change of address form and give it to a postal worker behind the counter or drop it into the letter mail slot inside the post office.
How do you write a US postal address?
Include the correct state abbreviation and ZIP code. Write the town, state and ZIP code on the same line. No commas or full stops. Left align the text. Include your return address. Use a font or handwriting that is easy to read and clear.
