Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I us I nearly every day. It saves time and hassle,and it makes PDFS easy to customize. I love it!
I go this software to fill out forms, but it does SO much more than that! I can take educational PDFS, and change items to apply to my young students. Even the younger teachers in my group will send me a PDF, and ask me to "Do your magic" on it. My "magic" is PDF filler!
Wow....there isn't much I would change. It really works so very well. I might want to see a few more fonts available.

What do you like best?
Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues.
What do you dislike?
I really have not found anything that does not suit my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To edit design documents quickly by making quick changes. It also helps in editing quotes to clients.

Super customer service
Used this as a one off and forgot to unsubscribe and when i was charged i asked for a refund and the customer service team were very understanding and kind to refund me. Bruce in particular was quick and helpful!

Fairly easy to navigate
Fairly easy to navigate. Text does not always line up exactly right, but close enough to make the document readable. Overall, very pleased with the service.

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.
