This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in ****** and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

Accounting I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. PDF filler were fantastic. PDF filler were great. I used the service when I needed and signed up the subscription service. I had a lot IRL things going on and forgot about it. They issued a refund anyways when I asked. Really great customer service from them when needed. Thanks to Jerome.
