I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. Allowing me to fill it out first then charging me was more like a 50% chance I was going to sign up & pay.

I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done.
I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00).
I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?

Very helpful tool for 1099. How do you auto populate though. I find it tedious to manually type the same info over and over. Still WAY better than the alternative though. Thanks.

Excellent cloud based software that I am able to use on any computer!
Easily able to share between documents that are signed between multiple people.
I love that I am able to use the software on any computer or phone with ease along with signing PDF documents!
I would like if I could create boxes easier that were adjustable fields rather than just having a single section.

Best FREE PDF filler
This site is both efficient and extremely useful! Out of all the pdf sites I have ever used, this one is the simplest to navigate and does not constantly try to get me to pay for a subscription. I love its many features and will continue to use it.

Only issue is pricing. This is for my job, but they can't pay for it because we are a non-profit agency, I pay for it myself because it helps me to complete my job more efficiently

What can make a lease invalid?
In addition to the basic conditions, leases that require tenants to waive their rights to their security deposit or to sue the landlord are considered invalid and unenforceable. Leases also must not contain language that absolves the landlord from their obligation to keep the property safe and habitable.
What can void a lease agreement?
A lease is automatically void when it is against the law, such as a lease for an illegal purpose. In other circumstances, like fraud or duress, a lease can be declared void at the request of one party but not the other.
What makes a tenancy agreement void?
The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations make any clause which is 'unfair' null and void in a court of law. So if a term or condition of the tenancy agreement is giving either party less than their statutory rights, then it can't be enforced, and it won't hold up in a court of law.
How do you void a lease?
Step 1 Make Sure You Have a Legal Basis. Step 2 Write a Notice of Cancellation. Step 3 Keep Good Records. Step 4 Reach an Agreement with Your Landlord.
What happens when your lease is terminated?
A termination is the landlord ending the rental agreement and asking the tenant to vacate the rental unit. A tenant can have their tenancy terminated and move out without being evicted. An eviction is the actual court process and lawsuit to have a tenant removed from the property if they fail to leave.
How can I get out of a rental agreement?
Break clause. You may be able to end your tenancy early if the contract includes a break clause. Negotiate out of your tenancy agreement. Talk to the landlord about why you want to leave the property. Unwinding a tenancy agreement. Landlord is in breach of contract.
Is a lease valid if the dates are wrong?
If you and the landlord verbally agreed to a date, but the date on the lease is wrong, and you signed the lease, you are bound by the date signed. In this case if the date on the lease is wrong it has no actual effect since it's not material. If dates are specific then it still depends.
Is a contract void if the date is wrong?
A mere error in date that has no effect on the performance of the contract doesn't make it invalid.
