Click on the 'Trace Record' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar will display all the changes made to the document.

To view the details of a specific change, simply click on it in the sidebar. The corresponding area in the document will be highlighted, and the details of the change will be displayed in the sidebar.

If you want to accept or reject a change, click on the 'Accept' or 'Reject' button next to the change in the sidebar. This will update the document accordingly.

To hide the sidebar and remove the tracking, click on the 'Trace Record' button again.
