How do I merge PDF files in Internet Explorer?
Go to File > Combine.
Add files to the list:
To specify the page or pages of a PDF that should be included in the combined PDF, select it and click Modify, then select the desired page range option from the Pages menu and click OK.
PDFs will be combined in the order in which they are sorted.
How do I merge PDF files that are locked?
File→Create for creating a new PDF file.
Choose Combine Files Into a Single PDF option.
Click on Add File, add all the PDF files you want to merge.
Add password of the locked PDF files.
Click on Combine.
