Make your life easier and less stressful - fill out word docs/PDFs without stressing out about scanning or printing.
pdfFiller is an incredible alternative to the usual expectation of printing out pdf documents, signing them by hand, and scanning them back into the computer for an email. It allows me to be able to quickly fill out word docs or pdf docs without the extra stress of typing between the lines and the remote signature option is the best part. It's a great option and I really appreciate being able to use it.

Really very convenient, far more handier than the others selectable with a quick google search.....not sure about $20 monthly fee though. An account with a paid service per use would also be handy, but 9/10

Great app!!
I like this app very much it makes keeping track of my medications, allergies, surgeries and other medical information easier and all in one place. I can just print what I need to take with me when I am going to see a new doctor for the first time. I recommend this product.

How do you highlight and add comments to a PDF?
Choose Tools > Comment. ...

Can you add comments to a PDF?
You use annotation and drawing markup tools to add comments. The commenting tools are made available in the secondary toolbar of the Comment feature. Comments are notes and drawings that communicate ideas or provide feedback for PDFs. You can type a text message using the Sticky Note tool.
How can I mark up a PDF?
Open your PDF document.
Click the Select Tool icon on the toolbar or right-click on the document and choose the Select Tool from the right-click menu.

Go Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color.
Select the color that you want. ...

To stop highlighting, select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color and select Stop Highlighting, or press Esc.
