I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job! User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC. I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

A virtual appliance is one which subdivides the physical hardware into multiple virtual machines. Each virtual machine provides a self-contained appliance layer to the application. Virtual appliances can thus be distributed across the set of systems merely by transferring a virtual appliance image.
A virtual appliance is a subset of the broader class of software applications. Thus, it is an application and its OS packaged together for use in a virtualized environment. Simply put, it is a software appliance installed on a virtual machine.
The simplest and most straightforward way to create a digital signature is to simply sign your name using a pen, take a photo of it, and upload it to a digital device.
Virtual signatures, also known as “electronic signatures” are an alternative to signing documents by hand. Using technology tools, companies can create a way to digitally sign documents, eliminating the need to mail proposals, contracts, and agreements or even meet signers in person to fill out mandatory paperwork.
An example of a Virtual Appliance is the VMware vCenter Server Appliance, responsible for administering multiple hosts in a virtual environment simultaneously.
A virtual appliance is a subset of the broader class of software applications. Thus, it is an application and its OS packaged together for use in a virtualized environment. Simply put, it is a software appliance installed on a virtual machine.
A concrete example of the virtual appliances approach to delivering SaaS is the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)—a grid of Xen hypervisor nodes coupled with the availability of pre-packaged virtual appliances in the Amazon Machine Image format.
