Apart from basic editing features like edit, redact, email, share, fax, print , they have awesome features like Send to Sign, Link to Fill which makes working with your documents very easy.

Sometimes I get error while printing the document. But it seems a temporary glitch.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

What is word focus mode?
Word Focus View Basically, Focus mode in Word is a page on a blank screen. All the menus go away. Focus mode is for when you just want to get the words down on the page. Word becomes this when focusing: You'll exit focus mode by pressing Esc to get the menus back to the editing of your document.
How do I turn off focus Word?
Click at the top of the screen. On Mac, just move your cursor to the top of the screen.
Click on Exit focus mode on Mac.
Click on the restore button on Windows.
Click on the focus button.
Click on the View tab.
Click on Focus.
