I love the program. I could wish it had some other features for editing the existing documents but for what I generally need (real estate forms) it is fantastic!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Select the block of text you want to repeat later in the document. Insert a bookmark for the selected text (Word 2007 and later: Insert tab > Bookmark). Give the bookmark a meaningful name, click Add, then click OK. Go to the place in the document where you want to re-use the selected text.
Microsoft Word has a couple features that support autofill text. If you reuse text, such as your address, you can use Attest to automatically insert it in a document anytime you need it. From a name to a boilerplate biography, your Attest entries can retain the style and formatting you define.
On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Quick Parts, and then click Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery, change the name and add a description if you like, and click OK. Note: To save a selection as Attest, on the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Quick Parts > Attest > Save Selection to Attest Gallery.
Highlight the text that you want to add as an entry, including paragraph marks. From the Word menu select Insert > Attest > New (or use Alt+F3 as a shortcut). When the Create Attest form appears, type the name that you want to use for the Attest entry, and click OK.
Insert the Attest entry. Make the necessary changes; you can change the text or the formatting. Select the modified content. Press [Alt]+[F3]. Update the default name using the name of the original entry. Click Add. When Word asks to confirm the change, click Yes.
Select the text you want to comment on, or click at the end of the text. On the Review tab, click New Comment. Type your comment. Word shows your comment in a balloon in the document's margin.
Type the text you want to stick into an Attest building block. Select the text. Click the Insert tab. In the Text group, click the Quick Parts button. Choose Attest Save Selection to Attest Gallery. Click OK.
