What do you like best?
It is a simple process to upload, fill out typed forms, e-sign, and save/print externally.
What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

Deprecating support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 and what this means for you. Since October 31, 2018, Office 365 no longer supports TLS 1.0 and 1.1. This means that Microsoft will not fix new issues that are found in clients, devices, or services that connect to Office 365 by using TLS 1.0 and 1.1.
Once logged in, click on Admin at the top right and then click on Exchange to go to Exchange Admin Center. Click on mail flow and then click on the connectors tab. Click on the plus symbol under Inbound Connectors. Type in the name of the inbound connector. Under the connector type, select Partner.
By default, Office 365 is configured to use Opportunistic TLS for all email flow in Exchange Online. Exchange Online servers always encrypt connections to other Exchange Online servers in Microsoft data centers with TLS 1.2.
Office 365 supports several versions of TLS, including: TLS version 1.2 (TLS 1.2) TLS version 1.1 (TLS 1.1) TLS version 1.0 (TLS 1.0)
Sign in to your Google Admin console. From the Admin console Home page, go to Apps G Suite Gmail. On the left, select an organization. In the Compliance section, hover over Secure transport (TLS) compliance and click Configure. For a new setting, enter a description.
Open Outlook. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts. Select your email account. Click Change. Click More Settings. Click the Advanced tab. View the Outgoing mail (SMTP) Port and change it to 465 and save.
Currently, Outlook.com uses opportunistic Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt the connection with a recipient's email provider. However, with TLS, the message might not stay encrypted after the message reaches the recipient's email provider.
On Windows 7 and Windows 8.0 computers, the applications built on Win HTTP (Windows HTTP Services) such as Outlook, Word, etc. only support TLS 1.0.
