The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

Works for everything
Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else.
I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data.
Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

What do you like best?
I can easily upload any type of form and start working immediately. Forms from the web, forms from vendors, Word documents, etc. I can also easily comvert to and from pdf as the form demands. Saving the document is a breeze and it is always the last form at the top when I log in again. It even reminds me if I have already started the same form again and gives me options.
What do you dislike?
The log-out is sometimes too quick, especially if I get interrupted on the phone. But even then, I just log back into the site and continue. Sometimes when I convert the file is in portrait or landscape, and it takes some time to change the orientation. However, once I got the hang of it, it went pretty quickly. I like the newer version better than what I used years ago.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can quickly complete forms for employment verification, DSS forms, unemployment forms, etc. I have yet to find a form I can't complete with pdfFiller. It speeds up my day and getting things accomplished as quickly as possible. It saves me, on average, 30+ minutes for each form. Thank you for making my life easier. I am always looking for things to help me help our company and pdfFiller is one such tool.

PDFFiller is easy to use. Took only a few minutes to set up and get started. All your documents are in order and they're easy to access. When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Can multiple users edit a Word document at the same time?
Word does not allow multiple people to use the same Word document at the same time, since the edits by each individual could create havoc with the final document. Instead, Word provides several tools that you can use in a multi-user environment to make collaborating of a document just a bit easier.
How do I allow multiple users to edit a Word document at the same time?
Save your Word document to OneDrive or a SharePoint Online.
Click the Share button in Word and then enter one or more email addresses of people you want to share with.
Set their permissions to “Can edit” (selected by default).
Add a message if you like, and for “Automatically share changes” choose “Always”.
How do I share a Word document with multiple users?
Open the document you want to share.
Click File > Share > Share with People (or, in Word 2013, Invite People).
Enter the names or email addresses of the people you're sharing with.
If you want to, click Can Edit or Can View.
Can you collaborate on a Word document?
Co-edit a document After you share your document, you can work on that file at the same time with others. For the best experience, work together in Word for the web and see real-time changes. Under Share, you will see the names of who else is also editing the file.

Files stored in OneDrive need to be explicitly shared. By default, they can only be edited and viewed by the owner of the library. You can select who can edit individual files by sharing to people or groups with edit permissions. For more on sharing, see Share files or folders in Office 365.

Multiple Users Editing an Excel Workbook shared in OneDrive. When a spreadsheet is saved to OneDrive for Business and shared with multiple users we would like to be able to all make edits simultaneously in Excel. This has worked for us with Word, while editing in Word rather than just in the browser.
