AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! A+++ Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Thankyou pdfFiller!

I reviewed this software for my company.
I reviewed this software for my company… I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

Questions & answers

Drug tests vary, depending on what types of drugs are being tested for and what types of specimens are being collected. Urine, hair, saliva (oral fluid), or sweat samples can be used as test specimens.
Urine testing, also known as urinalysis, is the least invasive type of drug testing. It's also the most commonly used and the approved method of testing for federally mandated drug screening.
(a) The Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) must be used to document every collection required by the DOT drug testing program. You may view this form on the Department's website (https://.transportation.gov/odapc) or the HHS website (https://.workplace.samhsa.gov).
A chain of custody form, or CCF, is a document used to keep track of a specimen in the drug testing process.
(a) If an employee does not provide a sufficient amount of specimen to permit a drug test (i.e., 45 mL of urine in a single void, or 2mL oral fluid in a single sampling, as applicable) you, as the collector, must provide another opportunity to the employee to do so.
The Department of Transportation (or DOT) requires a DOT drug test collection to be directly observed in only a few situations. Keep in mind that DOT drug testing needs only be done for employees in safety-sensitive positions. Click the link to get a rundown of the FAA and FMCSA safety-sensitive positions.
