I love the program.
I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

Questions & answers

An individual development plan (IDP) is a valuable tool that helps you identify your goals, strengths, and areas for growth.
Some examples of individual development plans (IDPs) include improving communication skills, learning new technologies or software, developing leadership abilities, enhancing project management skills, or gaining industry-specific knowledge.
An IDP measures an employee's current job performance against the expectations of their role. It highlights their current skills, as well as development opportunities. If they're interested in moving (either up or sideways) into a new position, an IDP can help them chart the core competencies needed to get there.
Developing Your IDP Step 1: Explicitly define your career goals. Step 2: Identify necessary skills and knowledge. Step 3: Assess skills and knowledge. Step 4: Write professional development goals. Step 5: Track your development and set new goals.
IDPs usually include: Short and long-term career goals the employee wants to achieve. Current skills the employee wants to improve, or new ones to learn. Skills the manager wants the employee to further develop.
They are assessment, goals, resources, strategy, and evaluation. Whether you are working on a PDP for yourself or the people you manage, commitment to each element of the process is key.
