Excellent Tool for Editing PDF Files We use PDFFiller frequently to edit PDF documents to send to clients or vendors. The online platform is very user friendly and has a wide variety of functionality. It does most of the things one would need to do, including adding text, erasing sections, checking boxes, and adding signatures. I wish it was easy to merge PDF documents.

Absenteeism Is Broadly Defined As Chronic / Habitual / Not Prescheduled / Failure To Appear For Work – That Isn't Authorized By The Employee's Supervisor. Absenteeism rates vary across occupations & industry. Two (or less) unscheduled absences each year for an employee is considered an 'acceptable' absence rate.
The average absence rate for service occupations was even higher, at 3.4 absences per year. So if you're guesstimating 3-4 unscheduled absences per year as an acceptable range, you're not far off the mark. Once you've done some benchmarking, tie your attendance policy's disciplinary components to business impact.
What is a reasonable attendance policy? A reasonable attendance policy assumes that your workforce is present at the workplace no later than 15 minutes after the shift start date (if you have fixed working hours) and provides notification of unplanned absence within at least one hour before the start date.
