Helpful, does what I need to do. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you can't see the comments unless you are online and sometimes I am traveling to places without wifi access so it would be nice to view my downloaded documents and see the comments I attached to them.

An employee write-up is a formal document that a hiring organization sends to an employee who has broken the company's internal business protocols and procedures. In most situations, employees receive write-ups after multiple such incidents and after their management has issued at least one verbal warning.
A write-up is usually warranted only after an employee has been made aware of the issue via a verbal warning and fails to change their behavior ingly. Employee write-ups may also be issued without prior warning in response to serious issues such as unsafe behavior or workplace harassment.
Work write-ups happen when an employee breaks a policy or repeatedly does something they shouldn't. Examples include misusing company software, showing up late to work regularly, ignoring safety procedures and performing below expectations.
What are common reasons for writing up an employee? Tardiness. Unauthorized early leaving. Absenteeism. Company policy violation. Substandard work. Violation of safety rules. Inappropriate behavior toward customers or clients. Insubordination.
Generally, an employee receives three write ups before termination. This number can be different depending on your company's policies. The termination also depends on the nature of the write-up.
Employee write-up forms are documents that record an employee's performance in the workplace, either to exemplify their work or for disciplinary action. The forms should be written by either the manager/supervisor to the employee or by a co-worker who wishes to report an individual for bad behavior.
