Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

Questions & answers

When writing an employee warning letter, you can use the following structure: date of the warning. the subject of the warning letter. name of the employee. section with the details of the violation. reasons why this situation is considered a violation. disciplinary actions that the company will take. your signature.
The Written Warning must include the following sentence: “Should the _____ behaviors be repeated, further disciplinary action will occur, up to and including dismissal.” The supervisor keeps a copy for the department and sends the original signed form and documentation to the HR Director for the employee's personnel
As you might expect, a first written warning is the first formal, written step towards dismissal. It should only be issued once you have confirmed that misconduct or poor performance is taking/has taken place.
What should you include in an employee warning letter? The incident date(s) The name of the person's supervisor. The name of the person's HR representative. Person's name. Person's job title. A clear account of the verbal warnings given. The conduct they need to change. Consequences if the person's behavior doesn't change.
When you receive a warning at work—whether it's verbal or written—you should take it very seriously. A warning is a sign that your supervisor is deeply displeased with your work (or, sometimes, your attitude). Typically, warnings ratchet up.
