The Company permits the legal use of prescribed drugs on the job if they do not impair your ability to perform the essential functions of your job effectively and safely without endangering others.

No employee shall be in possession of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace. No employee should try to report to work when unfit due to alcohol or drugs. No employee shall supply others with illegal drugs or alcohol in the workplace.
At a minimum, this should include a statement such as, "The use, possession, transfer or sale of illegal drugs by employees in the workplace is prohibited." Explain the consequences for violating the policy. These may include discipline up to and including termination and/or referral for assistance.
