Does Locks of Love still accept hair?
Locks of Love accepts grey hair, permed hair, and colored (but not bleached) hair. Hair that has been bleached in the past and has fully grown back can be accepted by LoL. If your hair is layered, you should measure by the longest layer, and if you have curly hair, you can pull it straight in order to reach the limit.
How do I donate my hair to Locks of Love in Canada?
To ensure adequate postage, please take your donation to your local post office. The Hair Donation Form is not required to donate hair. If you are having trouble downloading or printing the Hair Donation Form, simply provide your name and address on any sheet of paper and include it with your donation.
Can you still donate hair in Canada?
There are a limited number of places that will accept donated hair, so be sure to contact one prior to having yours cut. A few options are Rock Your Locks, Angel Hair for Kids, and CanDonate Hair Foundation (Quebec).
What are the requirements for hair donation in Canada?

How do I mail my hair to Locks of Love?
Hair must be in a ponytail or braid (or multiple ponytails or braids) before it is cut (above the elastic band). Hair must be clean and completely dry before it is mailed in. Place the ponytail or braid inside of a plastic bag, and then inside of a manila or padded envelope.
