Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. Its ok. It would have been nice to know that you would request credit card info before being able to save or print your document. Thats bad faith and almost akin to blackmail, considering a Govt agency has you approved as a trustworthy company to handle sensitive information.
