I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. My Favorite PDF Signing Software I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use. I use this to do my tenant leases Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere! I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents. I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.

Fast forward a month and I’ve forgot to unsubscribe. I see an email saying $180 dollars has been paid out. Of course, it was agreed upon, the yearly subscription follows the free trial. But I didn’t want the subscription, I hadn’t used it since the first day. And to be clear it was not for a lack of quality but rather a lack of necessity. But all I had to do was email the support team and even on a Sunday their responses were immediate, clear and thoughtful. I explained the situation, they saw my predicament and even though I was at fault, they did not hesitate to cancel my subscription and repay me in full. The money was back in my account just hours later. Superbly run business!!
