I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

I dislike the wait period of 30 minute if I forget my password! The systems doesn't seem to lock in my password. I believe I have changed passwords maybe 3 times in under a year. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it! The price is good! The service is good! I have spoke with tech support a couple of time because I got locked out because I forgot my password and made to many attempts, so that's an excellent feature! There is just one problem that it just provides limited font styles. Please provide more font options and some more features like double spacing etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is the best website if you are working from home if you are an environment lover and want to save the earth by not printing paper and also save money.
