This business is FAST, professional and friendly! I had believed I cancelled my account with the free trial. But, on the day it was supposed to renew, I received an email saying I was charged for the full year subscription. I immediately sent an email regarding my problem, and in literally less than one minute, my subscription was cancelled. How kind and professional of them! They're like the *********** of office businesses...customer is always right! FYI, should that happen to you, if you request less than 24 hours after your charged, you can have your subscription cancelled.
