We hope that you are happy with pdfFiller services.We are always improving them. However, if our services
do not meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Canceling Your Subscription During the Free Trial Period
To terminate your subscription and avoid future billing, simply cancel your subscription. Your access to
our services will continue until the end of your paid / trial period. No refund will be issued when you cancel.
Please make sure to export all your documents from your account before canceling. If you don't, you have
30 days after cancellation to contact our Support Team to download them. After 30 days, the documents may
be deleted permanently from the system per Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
In order to cancel the subscription online, please follow this link. If you are not logged in, the system will ask you to login in first. The process is very simple and quick.

Cancelation & Refund
If your Free Trial period has ended, the service automatically renews every billing period unless canceled.
If you are a first time self-service user, and you did not find our product helpful, you have 180 days
to request a refund. To request a refund, please contact our dedicated Support Team within 180 days of your first payment date.
Before contacting the support team please have this information handy:
Date and amount of the payment in question
If paid with the bank card: the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for the Service
If payed with payPal: your Paypal account email address
Your full name and billing zip code
Email address which was used to register the pdfFiller account or subscribe to pdfFiller services
Providing these details in your initial request message will significantly speed up the process.
Please note, that refund and cancellation of Services are directly connected. As soon as the refund is issued,
your access to the Services will be revoked, and you will not be able to use paid features per Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
Additional Information
While refund is instantaneous, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Processing time depends on your bank.
pdfFiller is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions, or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.

Payments Outside of the Refund Policy
The refund cannot be granted in the following cases:
Transactions older than 180 days - learn more.
Your usage indicates that you did in fact significantly benefited from the services - learn more.
Subscriptions purchases through sales team - learn more.
Subscriptions purchased through an App Store or Google Play - learn more.
International Fees and Currency Conversion fees - learn more.
Third-Party Services - learn more.
Subscriptions purchased through other marketplaces - learn more.
Transactions older than 180 days. pdfFiller has one of the best money-back guarantees in the industry.If you are a self-serve subscriber, you
can request a refund within 180 days after your initial purchase date. Older transactions are not eligible for refund.
Significant Usage. Our refund policy is designed for those who decide not to use the services. However, if you in fact significantly
used the services, that indicates lack of good faith, and such requests may be denied in our sole discretion.
Subscriptions bought through our Sales Team. If you purchased our services through our sales team or with the assistance of our partner, we offer trials
and support resources to assist your evaluation of our solutions. Once you start a subscription, however, your purchase is non-refundable.
Subscriptions bought through an App Store or Google Play. Because App Store and Google Play handle all billing for in-app purchases made on smartphones, we will not be able to assist you with a refund.

International Fees and Currency Conversion fees. If your local currency is different from the currency indicated by pdfFiller at checkout, your card issuer
or bank may charge additional fees for international transactions or currency conversion. These and other
third party fees are not charged by pdfFiller and cannot be refunded by us.
Third-party services. pdfFiller is not responsible for refunds for third-party services offered through the pdfFiller platform,
such as USPS mailing, direct IRS form submissions, and inbound faxing.
Subscriptions bought through marketplaces. If you bought a pdfFiller subscription using one of the following third-party marketplace, you should contact
the marketplace regarding all matters related to cancellation and refunds:
