SEC Form 10-12G is a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), also known as the General Form for Registration of Securities. This form is required when a corporation wishes to register a class of securities according to Section 12(b) or (g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the \u201cExchange Act\u201d) establishes the thresholds at which an issuer is required to register a class of securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d).

SEC Form 15-12G is a form that allows for certification of termination of registration of a class of security under Section 12(g) or notice of suspension of duty to file reports pursuant to Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
