It can be great, but it's a little buggy at times. The signature feature often crashes the signer's device, whether mobile or desktop, and the API integration with Zapier is very finicky as well.

The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.

Where are PDF files stored?
On Androids, all document files — including PDFs, text files, CSVs, and more — are stored in the Documents folder. Open your Android app drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. Select My Files (or File Manager). Once you're in the My Files app, select Documents.
