It would be enough that their actual platform is incredibly fast and easy to use. However, when I accidentally was charged due to a misunderstanding on my end, the customer service rep needed less than 2 minutes - no exaggeration - to issue me a full refund and cancel the paid plan. Based on that alone, I'll be back if ever I do need a printing/scanning/fillable form service on a more consistent basis than just generating a simple tax form. Would recommend to absolutely anyone.
