Non Collusion Statement

What is non collusion statement?

A non collusion statement is a legal document that declares the absence of collusion or collaboration between parties involved in a business transaction. It is used to ensure fair competition and prevent any unfair practices that may compromise the integrity of the process.

What are the types of non collusion statement?

There are two main types of non collusion statements:

Pre-bid Non Collusion Statement: This is a statement signed by bidders before submitting their bids, declaring that they have not colluded with other bidders to manipulate prices or gain an unfair advantage.
Post-award Non Collusion Statement: This is a statement signed by the awarded contractor or supplier, confirming that they have not colluded during the bidding process and will not engage in any collusive activities during the execution of the contract.

What do you like best? I love having the ability to sign and fill in PDFs that are usually hard to make changes to. I like my files to be clean and typed up, instead of me printing off, then writing on and then scanning back in. PDFiller makes the whole process so much easier. What do you dislike? I haven't found any downfalls that irritate me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PDFiller allows me to quickly sign forms and send back.

I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.
