From the Name drop down list, select the name of the calculated field you want to delete. Click Delete, and then click OK to close the dialog box.
Click a field in the row or column you want to sort. Click the arrow next to Row Labels or Column Labels. Under Sort, choose Ascending or Descending, and select from the options in the Sort by list. (These options will vary based on the your selections in steps 1 and 2.)

When Excel displays the Insert Calculated Field dialog box, select the calculated field that you want to remove from the Name list box.
