I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. I noted this in my comments when rating the app. To my surprise and complete satisfaction the service team provided me a credit. They went over and above in addressing my frustration. Based on this integrity and caring service I will use this program if needed in the future and will certainly recommend it to others.

Call the police immediately. When you find someone on your property, call the police. ... Serve an eviction notice. Serve the squatter with an eviction notice. ... File a lawsuit. ... Have the squatter removed. ... Handle any belongings left behind.
The police can remove trespassers immediately. However, they can't remove squatters. Ask the police if they will report the squatters to the owner. If they won't, then you might have to if you want to get rid of them.
Squatter's rights, or adverse possession, allow trespassers to enter someone else's property and get title to it without payment or compensation. ... Many states, including California, allow squatters to gain legal possession of property as long as they comply with certain legal requirements.
Generally, under United States law, the owners can have a squatter evicted for violating loitering or trespassing laws, unless the squatters can establish that they have tenants' rights, or can gain adverse possession due to the property having been completely abandoned by the owner.
You should expect to get the squatters out within about 4-5 weeks from start to finish. It can take longer, although I have been known to do it in under three weeks.
The only people are that are allowed to call the police on squatters and get them immediately kicked out are the owners of the property. The only thing you can do as a neighbor is report a squatter and this can at least make the police keep watch of the property.
California Squatters Rights The term "squatters rights" suggests legal possession. ... The state specifies exactly what a squatter must do to take eventual legal ownership of a property. Generally, to gain possession, a squatter must make property tax payments over a continuous 5-year period.
If the police declare this a civil matter and won't remove the squatter, start the eviction process. Once you serve the eviction notice, you could get lucky, and the squatter might leave. If not, you'll need to file an unlawful detainer lawsuit, which is the formal way to evict. Make sure you follow your state's laws.
Land Grab. Adverse possession statutes vary from state to state, and sometimes within states, but generally speaking, to acquire property by adverse possession a squatter needs to possess the disputed property in a way that is actual, open, notorious, exclusive, hostile and continuous for the statutory period of time.
A person is not a squatter if they are living on the premises legally or with permission from the owner. Squatting is always defined as illegal, as it requires trespassing, which disqualifies you from gaining ownership of the property through adverse possession laws.
