So far so good. I have only been using it for two days so I'm still new but I think it is going to work well for my needs! Follow up. A couple of weeks in and we are extremely happy with this subscription service. I work for a school district and have equipment to check out to various teachers in 28 different schools. This has really made my job easier..

I signed up for the free trial and was… I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing. However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

State laws dictate what must happen in order for a tenant to be evicted by his landlord. In general, however, landlords wishing to evict tenants must give them ample written notice. If you stayed put beyond the date specified on the notice, the landlord may then take you to court to obtain a judgment against you.
The tenant may simply move out before the court date. The landlord may dismiss the case. If the tenant owes missing rent or money for rental house damages, the landlord may ask the court to convert the case to a regular civil case. Therefore, the tenant should work things out in addition to moving out.

If you stayed put beyond the date specified on the notice, the landlord may then take you to court to obtain a judgment against you.
An eviction case was dismissed. ... Many eviction cases end up being dismissed or settled, after paying any money owed or remedying any lease violations. In most states, eviction records remain on your background report for 7 years regardless if it resulted in an eviction.
The notice informs the tenant that the tenant must move out of the rental unit within three days of receiving the notice. The tenant is not allowed any time to fix the violation, and if the tenant does not move out within three days, the landlord can go to court to file an eviction lawsuit.
Eviction law allows landlords to still ask you to move out, but you must be afforded some extra protections. First, for eviction notices without cause, the landlord must give you a longer period of notice to vacate, generally 30 or 60 days.
If the Tenant Walks Out If the tenant leaves without notifying the landlord, known as abandonment, the landlord can secure the property and re-rent it. ... She also may file a complaint in court against the previous tenant to recover money owed from unpaid rent and damages.
If you do not give proper notice and do not take any other steps to end your tenancy, your tenancy might continue for a period of time after you move out. This means you could owe rent for that time. In this situation, your landlord must try to find a new tenant.
When your tenant breaks a lease by leaving the rental property before the term expires, you have the right to collect the money you are owed. A lease agreement with a fixed term means the tenant owes you rent until you can lease the property out again to a qualified renter or the lease expires, whichever happens first.
The Abandonment termination notice is used when the property manager/owner wants to end a tenancy agreement because they believe the property has been abandoned. ... It is an offence to end a tenancy agreement in an unauthorised way.
