Open QuickBooks and navigate to the invoice that you want to save as a PDF. Click "File" from the menu and select "Save as PDF." Select the destination folder on your computer in which to save the PDF invoice. Enter a name in the "File Name" field and click "Save."
Upon clicking the PDF option, the set of accounts should open in a new tab in your browser. Look for a Save option. This may be on a File menu, or it may be represented by a Save icon. Choose a location to save the file.
On the menu bar, click Settings, click Invoice & Order Defaults then click the Email tab. To the right of the required document type, for example, Invoices, click Browse. Select the layout that you want to use when emailing that type of document, then click OK.

Open Qbb file without QuickBooks using Excel Under files tab, click on the Imports tab. Here a new browser window will open. Click on the browse button and locate the .Qbb file on your desktop. Click Ok.
The backup company file (QBB) will be converted to a regular company data file (QBW). Once the Reckon Accounts application has started, click the File menu and click Open or Restore Company to open the backup and portable file restore wizard. Click Restore a backup copy (.QBB) and then click Next.
