The learning curve is fairly easy and short. Still learning features as I go. I use the program every two weeks and generate four documents each time. I've been able to look up every document that I have needed and able to open and edit and print. There are occasions that he document will cut off part of the header or will not allign the text correctly. However, that's about 3% (or less) of the time.

Generally, tenants are required to give a 30-day notice before moving out. The landlord also has the option of terminating the lease and giving the tenant a 30-day move out notice. Renters need to keep this in mind before signing a month-to-month lease.
Thirty days is typical, but check your state law for the specific notice requirements. Unless the rental agreement specifies otherwise, notice need not be delivered on the day rent is due. If notice is given midterm, then your tenancy will run out in the middle of the next month.
Make sure that you give your landlord at least 30 days written notice that you will be leaving (unless your lease states you must give even more notice). For example, if your lease is up on October 29th, your letter should be dated and delivered to your landlord no later than September 29th.
If your lease is for one year, your obligation to the landlord is to give him 60 days notice if you intend to leave at the end of the term. However, leading voluntarily before the lease ends brings with it some financial penalties. In some states, paying two months rent gets you out of the lease.
Some definite term leases spell out what kind of notice is needed to end the tenancy when the lease ends. Typically this is a written notice presented 30 to 60 days before the lease ends.
depending on why they are evicting you, a 30 day notice may not be required. If the rent is not paid, a 3 day notice to cure is given. If situation is not cured, then eviction proceedings can start immediately. If 30 days notice is required, it is still required to be paid for.
No! In most cases a plain 30 day notice will not meet the legal requirements. For example, suppose your rent is due on the 1st of the month. Your landlord sends you a notice on the 20th, which says you have to be out by the 20th of the next month.
Generally, you can assume that if you begin renting month-to-month, when you decide you are ready to move out, you will have to give your landlord at least 30 days written notice before your departure. For example, let's say you pay rent on the 12th of every month.
If the tenant does not want to rent under those terms, the tenant can give the landlord a 30-day notice to move out and vacate the property. ... The 30-day notice is unique in that it can only take effect on certain days: the rental due date during a periodic lease, or the end date of a term lease.
You generally owe rent through the termination date. If you don't pay it, the landlord can give you a 3-day notice to pay rent or quit, and then file an unlawful detianer if you don't comply with the 3-day notice...
