Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

Was OK after had a chat. I plan on keeping PDF filler after the trial period ends for 1 year so I can do my 2024 taxes done before the renewal date. If you have or willing to have a 3 month subscription from February to April I would be interested. Joe Mastro

Unfortunately, there is no catch-all list of legitimate reasons for rejecting a rental applicant, but there is a general rule: landlords can reject tenants who are not qualified. A landlord does not have to provide a reason for rejecting every applicant.
Landlords and property managers are only allowed to use a criminal record to deny a rental applicant if the record shows dangerous criminal convictions that would put the property, other tenants, or the neighborhood at risk. You are not allowed to use arrest records to determine a rental applicant's qualifications.

Landlords give the applications to potential renters for the sole purpose of following up on them. ... Lies about previous rentals, addresses and backgrounds will be found out. Criminal history will also be uncovered.
Renting An Apartment With Bad Credit. ... Some landlords might deny your rental application if you have blotchy credit, even if you have a spotless rental history and a sizable salary. Others may only check your credit to see if you have a previous eviction or other rental-related blemish on your credit report.
FHA mortgages are available to borrowers with low credit scores down to 500 with a 10% downpayment. If you a 580 credit score you could qualify for an FHA loan with just a 3.5% down payment. Having good scores will make the process of renting simpler. A good credit score is considered to be 700 or higher.
Yes, you can rent an apartment with bad credit. It isn't going to be easy, but it's not the end of the world. If you're able to find an accommodating landlord and willing to jump through some hoops, you'll be able to get an apartment, even if your credit is bad.
Most individuals or companies renting an apartment want credit scores from applicants to be 620 or higher.
What credit score is needed to rent a house can differ from landlord to landlord, but you can expect the minimum to be somewhere between 600 and 620.
