Easy and economical I have used it to create and edit pdf documents for over 10 years now. Its ease of use. I tried it after a web search when I needed to do some general edits and create some pdf files and I didn't want to spend a ton of money for Adobe. This program was just the ticket. It allows me to insert/extract pages, rotate, create from other programs, and do some minor edits. Fantastic and powerful... easy to configure and use.
