Stress free I am able to get many projects done quicker and more efficiently with the use of PDFfiller. I enjoy the benefit of multiple different ways to finalize the project, send for signatures, print, email, save, etc. I love that this software is simple to use and I don't feel I need training to use it. Almost all the functions this software has is what I need to complete task in my professional role. I wish there were ways to combine documents, or if there is, making it easier to do so.

Click Encounters > Find Encounter in the top menu. Click a tab to search various stages of the encounter approval process. ... In the Look For search bar, enter all or part of a keyword and click Find Now. Once you find the encounter, click once to highlight it. Click Delete.

There isn't a way to delete a patient once they've been created. However, you can deactivate the patient which will effectively remove them from your list of patients. To deactivate a patient, navigate to the patient's Profile and uncheck the "Active Patient" button. Click Save in the top right corner when complete.
