Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' I am going to evaluate over the next couple weeks to see if I really DO want to continue a subscription, discount or otherwise.

I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.

Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.

just started using the product and it works very well. The only thing is that I will use it for the forms I need to fill out and then will cancel since I won't need to use the product after 30 days. You should have a one time fee.

A safe way to fill forms I wish they had an option for screenshare set up support. Though it took awhile to learn, we are so grateful for what it's allowed our company to do! LinktoFill allows us to send out one link and receive back filled PDF's instead of uploading over and over and sending back and forth to gather missed info. The site is hard to learn and takes a bit to get used to.

What do you like best? That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner. What do you dislike? That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive. Auto Renewal Charge I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge.
