While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

How do I use Able2Extract?
Step 1 Open your PDF in Able2Extract Professional. Click on the Open icon on the main toolbar and open your PDF.
Step 2 Select what you want to export to Excel. You have multiple selection options to choose from:
Step 3 Convert PDF to Excel.
Step 4 Save the converted Excel file.
How do I split a PDF into separate pages for free?
Drag and drop your PDF into the PDF Splitter.
Choose to 'Extract every page into a PDF' or 'Select pages to extract'.
For the latter, select the pages you wish to extract.
Click 'Split PDF', wait for the process to finish and download.
