I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! It was just what i was looking for...im not very computer literate but WAS NOT hard to learn. I do think a few features could be added or made easier. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST. Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... S***, unless you are in the business of "screw ups" "uh-oh"ers, the presidents Secretary for his twitter account...or a lawyer. I don't think you get enough time for the cost. And VERY UNSATISFIED with the small print that is located UNDER the nice AFFORDABLE FAKE SALE PRICE at the beginning of the website

i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

Very good. need a merge pdf button and convert from jpg to pdf like the Company SMALLPDF.COM I USE BOTH.. yours and theres to do my work, you have the best type and sign function, and they don't ... thats the only thing they are missing.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

Very easy to use, only thing is learning for a beginner is how to save the files so that they are editable in Microsoft word, and the work of art is not all over the place in the word document, thanks a lot! 10 stars for the service!
