I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Found that out when I clicked "done" and suddenly the prices came up. Very confusing way to do business.

Limited capabilities on iPad. Would be nice to have drawing tools on iPad. Also can't copy and paste between two forms, so if you need to have the same info on two forms, it's somewhat cumbersome. That said, not bad for the price.

So far I like the program, I cannot figure out how to select a line item (draw a box around it) and select all to delete. If I am missing something, please let me know. Thanks

Less than satisfactory. I filled in a document. Made a mistake with one numeral and have yet to be able to \correct it. I 've being trying for 2 hours mwith no luck

PDF Filler customer service is like it used to be when businesses actually cared if you did business with them, their 24 hour support guys are incredible, unfortunately I am always in such a hurry when I talk to them I X out the opportunity to give them a 5 star Kudos..."Thank you for hiring an amazing group of people which do a great job representing the integrity of your program, you have earned a customer for life", that's what I would say if I could slow down for a few minutes!

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

Fax and Documents
Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER!
I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. I cant find anyone to help!

Timely help
PdfFiller came in handy when I filled out a form and they wanted all attached documents in pdf. I was able to quickly do the conversion without any issue and on time.
