Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I paid for a year, doubtful I'll use it more than a few times. Would have preferred a "This Time Only" charge. But I like the ease of the product.

Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

This is a great service. Easy to use. Easy to upload, edit and share documents you need others to review. Also extremely easy to fax and there's even a service to mail the document within the U.S. from your computer from anywhere in the world. Highly recommend it.
