It's been very good working with PDF Filler. Makes saving forms so much easier. I only have one complaint. When it comes to dates, I usually need to write it as year-month-day; but PDF Filler is already programmed as day-month-year so I have to keep on erasing dates and fill it out by hand, which is annoying.

Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

Mobile applications work really good.
Edit or add content to your PDF file, I love this feature as it helps to add content whenever required before sending it to the customers.
I don't see any disadvantage with this tool.

Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients
Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!

pdfFiller's Adapt Phone Notice feature allows you to stay up-to-date on any changes or updates made to your document in real-time.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use this feature:

Log in to your pdfFiller account and open the document you wish to work on.

Click on the "Fill & Sign" button located on the right-hand side of the screen.

Select the text field that you want to modify, and make any necessary changes to the text.

Once you have made the changes, click on the "Adapt Phone Notice" button located on the toolbar above the text editor.

A dialogue box will appear asking for your phone number. Enter your phone number and select the "Send" option.

You will receive a text message notification on your phone with a unique link to your document.

Click on the link to open the document on your phone. Any changes made to the document in real-time will be reflected on your mobile device.

You can continue to make updates to the document on either your desktop or mobile device. All changes will be automatically synced across both devices.

Once you have completed all necessary changes, click on the "Save" button to finalize your changes.
